Happy New Year!

January is a time to reflect on the last year and look forward to beginning a new one.  What did you accomplish last year?  What will you remember fondly?  What might some of your New Year's resolutions be?  How might you want to improve or grow?

  1. Here's mine...After being in my house for a year, I finally got all the boxes unpacked and organized my cupboards and closets. Boy that feels good! The times I will remember fondly from 2014 involve spending time with my family. We met our son and his wife in St. Louis over fall break and enjoyed spending time hiking, going to concerts, and just simply being with them. We also made several trips to Denver to visit my daughter's family. I sure do enjoy spending time being a grandma! My New Year's resolution is to eat healthier and one way I want to do that is to give up soft drinks...maybe allow myself one Diet Coke a week as a treat! Do you think I can do it? I sure hope so!

    1. Mrs.Heim, I know you could do it. That sounds fun what you did over winter break. I had a blast. I got cool presents, and I spend lots of time with my family. Now we have to take all the decorations down, and I have to help out. As one of my chores. OH NO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
